We are seeking a target-oriented and enthusiastic Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in identifying and securing top talent. As a vital part of our recruitment cycle, you will play a crucial role in driving hiring results and achieving successful placements.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities

  • Write and post technical job descriptions on IT specialist job boards, social media, and other relevant channels.
  • Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
  • Recruit candidates for mid level, senior, and lead  IT roles.
  • Network both online and offline to enhance employer branding and attract top professionals.
  • Interview candidates using a combination of methods (e.g.: structured interview, technical knowledge assessment, behavioral questions).
  • Develop and maintain a candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants.
  • Maintain candidate records and write comprehensive reports.
  • Assist, coordinate and forecast all recruitment processes and hiring needs with department leaders.
  • Monitor job market trends and provide regular feedback on recruitment progress.
  • Propose and implement innovations in the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate complete pre-boarding process.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, Management or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist  with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing tools and strong digital literacy 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Fluency in English
