By accessing nQode, you are accepting these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms in compliance with legal regulations or to accommodate new features.

General Regulations

These Terms constitute a contractual agreement between nQode, located at Dusana Vasiljeva 14, Novi Sad, Serbia, registered in Serbia under identification number: 21711004, Company TAX ID: 112637243, and each individual member accessing our website. They define the rights and obligations related to the use of nQode.

nQode respects and adheres to the EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). We obtain explicit consent for communication and promptly notify affected users in case of data breaches. You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data.

Our Service

All work carried out by nQode is subject to a written or verbal agreement with the client, including telephone and email agreements. We work with clients who are 18 years of age or older.

Website Design

While we strive to ensure the website and any scripts or programs are error-free, nQode cannot be held responsible for any losses due to website malfunctions. The website, graphics, and programming code remain our property until all outstanding accounts are settled.

Database, Application, and Software Development

We are not liable for any losses resulting from the use of software created for the client. The copyright of scripts, applications, or software developed by nQode belongs to us, unless otherwise agreed. Clients are responsible for testing fully any applications or programming related to their site.

Data Transfer Limits

Our monthly data transfer limit is 1GB. Exceeding this limit will result in additional charges.

Hosting Payment Policy & Billing Procedures

All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis, and payment is due each anniversary month or period. Failure to pay may lead to the suspension of services. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment of Accounts

A deposit is required before any work begins, and the balance is due upon completion of the project. Failure to pay within 2 months from the invoice date may result in forfeiting rights to the services.

Protection of Rights

We fully support the protection of personality rights, privacy, property, and intellectual property. Upon receiving a request, we promptly remove content violating any rights.

Processing and Protection of Personal Data

All products, services, and software remain our property, and we retain full ownership rights and all intellectual property rights. You may not infringe upon or undermine our rights.

Complaints Procedure

If you experience a problem with our web service, please use our online contact form to inform us. We will strive to resolve the matter promptly.

Third-Party Links, Sites, and Services

nQode may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any such third-party content.

Interim and Final Provisions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The current legal regulations of the Republic of Serbia apply to all matters not regulated by these Terms.

If you have any disagreements, the existing regulations of the Republic of Serbia will apply.
